Paid plan changes and cancellations are managed from Account. A scheduled cancellation keeps paid access through the current paid period.
Downgrades protect excess work first
If a lower plan cannot hold everything, Folvi keeps a complete subset that fits and moves excess recovery-owned work into a 7-day Recovery Manager window before permanent cleanup.
